  • What is "Month-to-Month"?
    It simply means we don't tie you down to lengthy contracts, to cancel simply give us 1 month's calendar notice and we'll release you to look for better deals.
  • Can I have more than 1 of the same service
    Yes, you may. But Fibre can't be installed twice at the same address & domain names can't be shared neither. 
  • Can I top up my depleted LTE service?
    Yes, you can via your dashboard. Telkom starts from R109 for 5GB + 5GB & MTN is topped up at just R13 Per GB
  • Routers compatible with MTN Fixed LTE
    Huawei B525, Huawei B535, Huawei B612, Huawei B618, ZTE 283v (Includes but not limited to only these models - CAT6 required)
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade?
    Yes, you may. Once a month you can top up or downgrade a service for the following month. You cannot downgrade within the same month of signing up
  • How do I pay for my services?                                                    We have various payment methods including Debit order, EFT and Cash Deposits.
